STORAGE OPTIONS & PRICING

Q: What storage options does exXtra offer?

We offer two flexible options:

Bin Storage (Smart Storage) — Durable, lockable plastic bins ideal for smaller items like clothes, books, kitchenware, and personal belongings. Each bin supports up to 23 kg. Rack Storage — Larger storage space (up to 3,456 kg capacity) for bulky items like furniture, appliances, and office equipment.

Q: How much does exXtra cost?

Storage is billed on a flexible, month-to-month basis — no long-term commitments required. Please refer to our pricing section

Q: Is there a minimum storage period?

exXtra operates on a month-to-month basis, giving you complete flexibility to store for as long — or as short — as you need.

Q: How do I schedule a pickup or delivery?

Q: How quickly can I get my items back?

exXtra offers retrieval within 24 to 48 hours. Unlike conventional storage, you can retrieve your items as frequently as needed — even daily.

Q: Do I need to visit a storage facility?

Never. That's the beauty of valet storage. We come to you — for both pickup and delivery. You never have to visit a storage facility.

MANAGING YOUR STORAGE

Q: Can I track what I've stored?

Yes. You can keep track of your stored items with photos and descriptions through our web-based portal. Schedule pickups, manage retrievals, and handle payments — all in one place.

Q: Can I retrieve just one bin or do I have to retrieve everything?

You can request the return of specific bins or items — you don't need to retrieve everything at once. It's storage on your terms.
